"You Can Feel It Even Now" is the 4th release by Brooklyn noise improv duo W-2. Their previous three albums showcased their penchant for live, dense, and harsh improvised music. Their previous album, "Fanatics" on the Astral Spirits label, was praised widely by The Quietus, Dusted, Tabs Out, and many more.

Yet "You Can Feel It Even Now" is a decidedly distinct venture. Welcome meticulously and obsessively crafted a relentless set of collaged and concrète elements resulting in a revelatory listen, one that unseats the listener, never losing its grip. The unhinged elements of their live sound are present, but erupting throughout are various–often religious–text pieces: possessed preachers; incantation-chanting partitioners; glossolaliacs; incomprehensible and often hilarious phrases which rarely stand still before they're swallowed by the bubbling miasmic sound sources, which jab in stereo with ceaseless violence and motion.

With thousands of discrete samples packed into 27 minutes, it's a new feat of density and blistering presentation from W-2, one which compliments and at times enhances their live approach.
